WHAT: Come and enjoy an informative health and wellness session with top medical professionals from Watson Clinic and Orlando Health. This month’s event features Tiffany Van Wieren (Arts in Medicine Program Director) & Massiel Gilpin (Board-certified Registered Dietitian).
This event is free and open to the public thanks to our friends at Orlando Health/Watson Clinic.

AQUA SPIN CLASS
Make plans now to join the Lakeland Senior Hub for a fun and COOL program at the City of Lakeland Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department's Gandy Pool. Starting Wednesday, June 10th the Lakeland Senior Hub will be sponsoring Aqua Spin classes from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM. The class is offered free of cost by mentioning the Lakeland Senior Hub. The fun morning is perfect for beginners or accomplished ‘spinners'
