Time to put things in BALANCE!
Join Lakeland Senior Hub and the Senior Connection Center for a six week workshop combining hands on techniques as well as education for a “Matter of Balance” beginning Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM ending Tuesday, November 10, 2026. The workshop will be at 2125 Harden Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33803. The class is offered free of charge, but space is limited. Participants for this particular program must be seniors over 60+ yrs old to qualify. To register email LakelandSeniorHub.org.
