The Lakeland Senior Hub is the leading local resource collective dedicated to elevating senior well-being by expanding access to vital resources and services for aging Lakeland residents and their advocates, further enhancing whole community health.
Lakeland Senior Hub uses a hub-and-spoke approach—partnering with local organizations,
non-profits, and professionals to centralize access to services and programs.

Greg Killingsworth is a lifelong Lakelander and accounting professional in the citrus industry for over 30 years. As Treasurer of Lakeland Senior Hub, he is driven by a desire to give back and support a central resource for seniors to stay informed, active, and connected.

Liz Craven is the co-publisher of the ElderCare Senior Resource Guide and a longtime caregiver advocate. Through decades of personal and professional experience, she has helped families navigate the aging journey and is dedicated to building strong, supportive communities for older adults.

Allie Bates is the Community Coordinator for Age-Friendly Lakeland and brings over a decade of banking and finance experience to the board. She’s passionate about inclusive aging and uses her skills to foster meaningful community connections across generations.

Dr. Daniel Haight is the Vice President of Community Health at Lakeland Regional Health and a Professor of Medicine at USF. With a long-standing focus on geriatric health, he supports initiatives that promote mobility, mental well-being, and medication awareness for older adults.

Scott Langston is a third-generation attorney and Lakeland native with a focus on elder law. His commitment to advocating for seniors is rooted in his lifelong concern for the needs of others and his deep connection to the Lakeland community.

Dr. Rosemarie Lamm is the founder and Executive Director of the Rath Senior ConNEXTions Center. A retired professor, nurse practitioner, and gerontology leader, she brings decades of experience championing senior wellness, education, and community-based volunteerism.

Kathy Killingsworth is a retired consultant with deep expertise in strategy, business process, and technology. A Lakeland native, she has supported the growth of numerous organizations through startup planning, operational development, and strategic guidance. Kathy is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults by fostering community connection, purpose, and engagement.

Veronica Rountree is a longtime community advocate with extensive experience in public service and senior engagement. She retired from the Florida Department of Health, where she worked in Adult and Youth Services, focusing on outreach and support. Veronica is deeply committed to uplifting older adults and creating community spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Margaret Xanthopoulos is a seasoned aging services professional with a background in senior center management, hospice care, and retirement community fundraising. She is passionate about ensuring that older adults have access to the services, resources, and programs they need—right in their own communities.
